Smooth like Silk

When I found T-Tapp I was in pretty bad shape. And not just on the outside of my body either. The failures inside of me had become too severe to ignore. Incontinence so bad just standing up my bladder would empty. A period, thick and constant. Anemic no doubt.

Color me moody.

Weak and worried.

Not the prettiest picture: Night sweats hot flashes aching joints food cravings candida weight gain wrinkles cellulite swollen face belly growing down down giving in to gravity – big breath – constipation leaking flooding heart palpitations no commas no pause menopause.

Within days of OIP/HD my incontinence was gone. With HD’s my blood sugar stabilized. Within a week my period stopped and I have not had one hot flash or night sweat in over a month.

My belly has firmed up. The apron fat has risen 3 inches.

With CRT my skin is soft, firming nicely. Cellulite fading.

Smooth…this workout is smooth. I feel like silk inside and out.

Lifting and shaping


Stretching like a cat.

I have been Tapping for over a month now. I'm starting to feel. My body is feeling muscles contract. I can stretch. Like a cat.

Feels so good to feel that sweet sweat. Cleansing rinse from inside out. Toxins pumped out energy pumped in. Feels so good to stretch..to move. Move and stretch, stretch and move.

My face swelled this morning giving me an old tired face. My neck and shoulders hurt. PBS. I need to get those lymph's draining. Need to feel the sweat.

Drink more water I have to remind myself.

Just finished PBS. It's nice that my body seems to have taken things to a new level. It feels so good to be stretching all the way out through the movement. I can feel my spine strengthening even though I still feel some discomfort. Every day each muscle ache means less back pain later. Already my spine has popped and creaked its way home. Muscle building, holding my spine erect. Strong enough to stretch and stretch and stretch....

Tried hoedowns in metatricks. Thighs burning today. Will try later.

Time to brush.

Brushed shower dressed. Feels nice to try on the old new clothes. Clothes hanging in closet now hanging on me. Face looks relaxed, smooth.

Here I am. I have been T-Tapping for a little over a month now and as of today I have lost 18 inches. Over 5 of them in my waist line alone! This is a workout that works for me!
