Sharing T-Tapp

So, last Friday night my in-laws came over for dinner. After dinner and chocolate cream pie I sat everyone down in the TV room to watch Teresa Tapps "Yes You Can with T-Tapp" seminar. Everyone knew I was doing some sort of T-Tapp exersice thing and that I was going to Tampa for a Fitness Retreat but other than that all they knew was that I was looking better and better. So I figured it was time to share with everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised when they all got up to do the exersices Teresa demonstrates. They were all pretty impressed with the program and I promised to send over my POP video of PBS so they could get started. My father in law just turned 80 and he is still pretty active. He plays tennis and is pretty darned good! But he has some shoulder mobility problems and Mom in-law has a bad knee and bad feet. I did my best to explain how this program could help them both and encouraged them to give PBS a try. My husband agreed to start with PBS. So I told him we would do it every morning before his shower. He is a runner with great legs but he has started to slope in the shoulders and has occasional pain in one side.

So this morning I got him to get his tennis shoes on and we did PBS together. He was sweating by the end of it right along with me. His form was really really really bad! I had to adjust him a few times and I told him he did good because he went to his personal max. He attempted to move on to the next exersice on Instuctional 1 with me but he was huffing and decided that was enough. Now he knows that the 15 to 30 minutes that I spend T-Tapping packs quite a punch!

I'm really proud of him though and happy that we are doing at least (for now) PBS together in the morning.

I'm so excited! In 8 days I will be in Tampa. I cant wait to meet Teresa in person and all the other wonderful ladies from the forum!
